Shipping policy

UAE deliveries:

During checkout you will be requested to choose from 2 different shipping options:

1. We offer FREE pick up from Springs 11 OR Victory Heights in Dubai.
2. Or we offer FREE delivery across the UAE.

After placing your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to arrange a date and time for delivery. 

Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered within 2 days.

If you require your products urgently, please let us know when we get in touch with you and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

 

GCC deliveries:

During checkout you will be requested to choose which country you'd like to deliver to.

1. If you would like us to arrange delivery to Saudi Arabia, Oman or Bahrain a fee of AED 50 will be added to your total bill upon checkout.
2. If you would like us to arrange delivery to Qatar, a fee of AED 100 will be added to your total bill upon checkout.

After placing your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to arrange a date and time for delivery. 

7-10 Days Delivery: Elle and Elle is a business based in the UAE. You will therefore be responsible for all duties and taxes applied by your country’s customs service once it has reached your destination. Shipping times vary between 7 and 10 days depending on the country in the GCC.

 

We use a third party delivery company in order to fulfil all deliveries and they will get in touch once the delivery has been scheduled.

When a product that is ordered is out of stock, we will try to replace it with a similar item. However we will contact you first.

We currently do not offer worldwide shipping. But, should you be prepared to cover international shipping costs, it can be arranged.
