Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon delivery / purchase and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will rectify the problem as soon as possible and allow for an exchange or refund as per below.
Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, in its original packaging and with the receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded however you may request an exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@elleandelle.me. If your return request is accepted, we will contact you to arrange for the return of the items at No Extra Cost.
If your return is approved, refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused with the tags still on, in its original packaging and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-exchangable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@elleandelle.me. If your exchange request is accepted, we will contact you to arrange for the return of the items at No Extra Cost.
We will wait to receive the items before sending the replacement. Once received, Elle & Elle will arrange the delivery of the replaced item at no extra cost to the customer.
When a SALE item is being exchanged to a full priced item, a payment link will be sent to the customer to settle the difference in cost before arranging delivery.
